Custom Order Procedure

We're happy to discuss your custom personalized order over the telephone, video-chat, or in person.

1. Choose your preferred product, finish, and size. (for example Hard enamel pin with Deluxe clutch, 1 inch across)

2. Choose your base colors. You can provide us with a Pantone number or choose from our color card (emailed upon request).

3. Email your logos to hello@curvepins.com.  (vector graphics preferred, but we can also work with high resolution .jpg's and .png's).

4. Send us a basic idea of your desired logo layout and colors.

5. Determine the quantity for your order.

6. Curve will generate your digital artwork/order confirmation according to your specifications and make necessary revisions per your request.

7. You'll receive a final order confirmation and artwork layout for your final approval.

8. We'll send you a link for your payment. Custom orders require a 100% pre-payment.

9. Once art is approved, order quantities are confirmed, and payment is received, the order is submitted for production and no further changes can be made to your order.

10. Production lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks.

11. Curve will ship your order to you by US Postal Service when it's finished and provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. The client is responsible for checking the order confirmation and artwork proofs in detail for any errors. Curve is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved art proofs.
